Refund policy
At Curated Hair, we take pride in the quality and integrity of every product we supply.
Due to the nature of hair extensions, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Returns will only be considered where items are incorrectly supplied, faulty, or damaged in transit.
To request a return or replacement, the customer must notify Curated Hair within 5 business days of delivery. Claims made outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.
All returned items must be unused and in original, saleable condition. For hair extensions, returns will not be accepted if the keratin bonds have been cut, separated, or altered in any way, or if the product is no longer in a condition suitable for resale. All returns are assessed at the discretion of Curated Hair.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the order is correct upon delivery and to provide sufficient evidence if a discrepancy is claimed.
